This blackspot is identified due the many car accidents on the road 5C Giurgiu – Zimnicea.  Main reasons for the accumulation of the accidents are the high speed and the alcohol. Many of the drivers are locals and try to travel between the two small villages – Cetățuia and Găujani in the night. Another factor is the winter conditions and many snow accumulation on the road, due a wind and low temperatures.
