As on the DJ601 road, so this district road – DJ412 has a high load of road accidents. Here, however, traffic is the main factor in identifying the area as a black spot. The road is often used to bypass the main first-class roads from Bucharest to Giurgiu / Bulgaria and back. The area is urbanized and there are residential buildings along almost the entire road section, which is why there are many accidents with pedestrians. Another unfavorable factor is the proximity of the Arges River, which often leads to fog in spring and autumn, and in winter is the cause of ice. However, trafficking and urbanization remain the main factors behind the high concentration of incidents.
